If the initial conversation suggests a real problem may exist, the next step is a paid engagement focused on clarifying what is happening, why it matters, and whether deeper diagnostic work is justified.

This keeps the process disciplined.

It avoids premature solutioning, filters out noise, and ensures that any further work begins from a properly defined problem rather than a vague sense that something is wrong.
Diagnostic
Where required, the next step is a deeper diagnostic process focused on understanding the structural conditions producing the pattern.

The aim is to identify what is driving the problem, where leverage exists, and what kind of intervention, if any, is actually justified.
Intervention
Where intervention is justified, the work may then move into consulting, facilitation, capability-building, or other targeted forms of support.
